HACKATHONS


Smart India Hackathon (2020)

From December 2019 to March 2020     Government of Uttarakhand

  • Designed a Solar Powered Smart Irrigation System with a Solar Tracker which conserves electricity by reducing the usage of grid power and conserves water by reducing water losses.
  • Built using Python, C, HTML, CSS, Twilio API, Thingspeak API and Raspberry Pi.
  • Winner of Internal Hackathon.
  • Served as Team Leader for 5 members.


DevHack 2.0(National Wide Hackathon)

From January 2020 to February 2020     IIT Dharward,Karnataka

  • Designed a IoT Smart Irrigation System which can be controlled and monitored the from anywhere in the world.
  • Built using Python, C, HTML, CSS, Twilio API, Thingspeak API, Raspberry Pi and Arduino.
  • Served as Team Leader for 3 members.


VESAITHON(National Wide Hackathon)

From April 2019 to May 2019     Vivekanand Education Society’s Institute of Technology, Mumbai

  • Designed an AI Chatbot that encourages independent learning in children so as to improve understanding in important subjects in various languages.
  • Selected as one of the Top 20 teams out of 500+ teams National wide.
  • Built using Python and Twilio API.
  • Bot was hosted on Heroku and could be accessed through Whatsapp.
  • Served as Team Leader for 3 members.

Multi-Class Image Classification Using TensorFlow

Project Details

In this project a Convolutional Neural Network is trained to differentiate between multiple classes like Buildings, forests, glacier, mountain and sea images with max pooling and fully connected dense layers.


Binary Image Classification Using TensorFlow

Project Details

In this project a Convolutional Neural Network is trained to differentiate between cats and dogs(Two Entities) with max pooling and fully connected dense layers.


Solar Powered Smart Irrigation System

Project Details

Built a Solar Powered Smart Irrigation System which conserves electricity by reducing the usage of grid power and conserve electricity by reducing water losses. The system also consists of a Solar Tracker.


Wifi Controlled Car

Project Details

A working prototype has been designed to control a car Wirelessly using an Android Phone. An Android application is used by the User to send data wirelessly by connecting to the Arduino using Wifi. This data is an input to the microcontroller system and the microcontroller uses it as the controlling parameter to the underlying hardware.


AI Chatbot

Project Details

A simple AI Chatbot has been programmed using python to help students learn better and clear their doubts. When the user inputs a query the bot immediately outputs the relavent answer using a technique called as Web Scraping. The Chatbot is able to answer most of the questions asked by the students.


Automatic Water Tank Filling System

Project Details

This is a system which is used to fill the water tank automatically when the water level goes below the set treshold and is switched off automatically when the tank is full. Using this system, users can stop worrying about water overflow and wastage electricity. The system also lets the users know if the tank is dirty to avoid contamination.


Home Automation

Project Details

In this project I made and automation system by which anyone can control his/her home appliances remotely using his/her mobile phone.


Acer Aspire 5 Hackintosh

Project Details

Successfully created a hackintosh using clover and booted MacOS Mojave v10.14.5 on my windows laptop with appropiate kexts and everything working.

Faculty development program was held at JNTUK, Kakinada where the professors affiliated with JNTUK attended the program for learning IoT(Internet of Things).It was a 2 days program where me and my team were invited to conduct a workshop for them.
